Our pre-configured Riot MRR Half Racks are a compact and freestanding solution, perfect for smaller gyms or any space where room is a bit limited. Built with robust 75mm x 75mm uprights made from durable 3mm steel, these racks are commercial-grade quality—ideal for ambitious home gyms and professional facilities alike. The double-upright design and extended feet provide a stable stand-alone setup, with the option to bolt the rack to the floor for added security. Laser-cut numbering on the uprights, visible from both the front and back, makes adjustments quick and easy. Available in three heights, these racks are designed to fit seamlessly into any space, including garages or rooms with low ceilings, while optimizing the use of your available space.
Westside Spacing
The precise hole spacing, inside numbering and durable structure safely supports squats, presses, and makes transitions between different exercises super smooth. Featuring a “Westside” 25mm hole-spacing on our Riot MRR Racks allows for precise adjustments of bar and safety pin heights. In a “Westside”-Style rack, the pin holes are smaller, measuring 17mm, and are positioned closer together, 25mm in the MRR system. This allows for more accurate adjustments when setting up the height of your bar or safety pins. This is optimal for lifts like the bench press, where small height changes can impact the quality of the lift-off. It also accommodates lifters of different sizes, ensuring the bar is at the ideal height for both lift-off and safety.
