PowerHub Programmable Multi-Channel Power Controller

PowerHub is a programmable controller designed for multi-channel power management, providing precise control, monitoring, and low-power operation for industrial and IoT systems. It is powered by the ESP32-S3-WROOM-1U-N16R8 main control module, featuring a dual-core Xtensa® LX7 processor running up to 240 MHz, with integrated 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, 16MB Flash, and 8MB PSRAM.

Dual-Processor Architecture for Precise Power Control

An onboard STM32G031G8U6 coprocessor works in conjunction with multiple INA226 voltage and current monitoring ICs and an electronic switch design to enable accurate power state management across multiple expansion interfaces. This architecture delivers fine-grained power consumption monitoring, reliable power switching, and low-power wake-up functionality for the entire system.

Flexible USB Connectivity

The USB Type-C interface supports firmware download and USB OTG functionality. An internal USB interface switch allows the bottom USB port to be dynamically routed to either the front USB Type-A or USB Type-C interface, enabling flexible expansion of USB peripherals.

Multiple Power Input Modes

PowerHub features an efficient and robust power management system that supports multiple power supply options, including DC input, 2S lithium battery power, and PWR485 / PWR CAN input power. This design ensures stable operation across a wide range of deployment scenarios, from fixed industrial installations to mobile or battery-powered systems.

Industrial Communication & Expansion Interfaces

To support diverse applications, PowerHub is equipped with 2 × HY2.0-4P Grove ports, RS485, and CAN bus communication interfaces. These interfaces enable seamless integration with sensors, actuators, and industrial control equipment, making system expansion straightforward and reliable.
