The Granuflex home gym tiles are ideal for training in smaller spaces but can easily be adapted for larger areas too.

Featuring an extremely dense build (875kg / m3) and a 43mm thickness, these mats are highly robust and will reduce the impact from dropping weights while minimising vibrations and sound.

Made using recycled rubber, these tiles are an excellent choice for home gyms and larger facilities alike.

The tiles can be cut to size with a sharp knife or with a jigsaw fitted with a coarse blade. You can use a hole saw to create holes through which you can screw the equipment into the ground.
